These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ed666 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ed666 website, mobile site, games, and all associated services. By accessing or using any part of the ed666 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the ed666 platform, regardless of whether a formal account has been created. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ed666, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is legally binding.

ed666 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ed666 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ed666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ed666 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting on behalf of a third party or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current throughout your account lifetime. ed666 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ed666 or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on ed666. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on ed666. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at ed666's discretion, with balances in duplicate accounts liable to forfeiture. The registration process requires a valid mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a password. ed666 will send a one-time verification code (OTC) to the provided number to complete registration.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other websites or applications.
• Notify ed666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that your registered email address and phone number remain active and accessible so that security and verification communications can reach you.

KYC Verification

ed666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. ed666 may at any time request identity documents from any account holder. Requested documents may include a government-issued national ID, passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming the player's registered address.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days from the date of request) may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ed666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ed666 does not charge conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transaction processing times and minimum/maximum limits are subject to the policies of the relevant payment service provider as well as ed666's internal limits, which may change from time to time.

Deposit Conditions

Players may deposit funds into their ed666 account using any of the approved payment methods currently supported by the platform. Approved methods include, but are not limited to:

• bKash — mobile financial service; minimum deposit ৳100
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet; minimum deposit ৳100
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking; minimum deposit ৳100
• Upay — UCB digital payment service; minimum deposit ৳100

Withdrawal Conditions

Players may request a withdrawal of funds from their ed666 account subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals placed on hold.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method may require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum balance is reached.
• ed666 processes approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ed666 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering on eligible games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings converted from bonus funds to real-money balance become withdrawable, subject to wagering completion.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are strictly one per player, per promotion, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus validity periods apply. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be activated within 7 days of being credited and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• ed666 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.

ed666 may at its sole discretion withhold bonus payments or void winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a software error, system bug, or loophole in the bonus terms to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal play conditions.

6Responsible Gaming

ed666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out the account is inaccessible for gaming and betting. Time-outs cannot be reversed before their expiry date.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting ed666 support. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. After 6 months, reinstatement requests are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders that display an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play, prompting the player to review their activity and decide whether to continue.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ed666. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activities, or using ed666 as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings in circumstances where a reasonable player would know the outcome was not the intended result of normal play.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking technologies to disguise your geographic location or bypass platform access restrictions.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ed666 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ed666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ed666 brand name and logo are trademarks of ed666 and may not be used without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ed666 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written permission of ed666.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed666, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

Without limiting the foregoing, ed666 specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or factors beyond ed666's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game outcomes, promotional content, or any other content that may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, odds fluctuations, or betting decisions made by the player.

10Account Suspension & Termination

ed666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which ed666 may exercise this right include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multi-accounting, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or the provision of false or misleading identity documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion, or a determination by ed666 that the account holder may be a problem gambler requiring protection under ed666's responsible gaming framework.

Upon account closure, ed666 will process any verified withdrawable balance (real-money balance, excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player's last verified payment method within 10 business days. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 may be forfeited if the account cannot be reopened to allow further wagering activity.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ed666 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you should contact the ed666 support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. ed666 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a resolution within 14 business days of receipt.

ed666 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, ed666 may at its discretion refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator. The decision of any such adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12Privacy & Data Protection

ed666 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The types of data collected include registration information (name, date of birth, phone number, email address), transaction data, KYC documentation, device and browser information, and behavioral data relating to gaming activity. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

ed666 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection partners, and — where legally required — with government or law enforcement agencies. 13Amendments to These Terms

ed666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter a player's rights or obligations in a significant way — ed666 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform's homepage or by sending an email to the registered email address on file. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the ed666 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting ed666 support before the amendment's effective date.
